Made from weatherproof fade-resistant vinyl, Mid-America exterior shutters are built to stand the test of time and covered by a 40-year product warranty.
Style LPL Mid-America shutters are not available anywhere else. This exclusive decorative shutter design was created in-house by our fabricators and we build and ship them directly to you. This design is covered under the same 40-year product warranty as our other Mid-America vinyl shutters. Available in 12 inch, 14 1/2 inch, 16 1/2 inch, and 18 inch widths and heights from 22 inches to 110 inches in 1/4 inch increments.
Please note that due to limitations in the vinyl shutter manufacturing process, LPL shutters that are 65 inches or less will have 4 louvers on the top and 4 louvers on the bottom. Exterior shutters that are greater than 65 inches in height will have an equal number of louvers added to the top and bottom. The maximum raised panel size is 52 inches in height.
LPL style shutters are available in 15 colors in addition to one paintable type of vinyl, giving you the flexibility to match virtually any house trim colors. Add our decorative plastic shutter hinges for an authentic colonial look.

The Jalousie window was one of the first attempts at combining the glass of
a window with movable louvered shutters.
The windows are constructed with horizontally mounted glass louvered slats that
butt against each other tightly when closed and rotate outward when cranked open.
These "louvered" windows were used along coastal regions of the United States
in the 60's and 70's, but have since gone out of fashion.
