ShutterContractor.com will not accept any returns for CUSTOM SHUTTERS.
The return is sent with a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number clearly marked on the outside
of the package. Please call us at 1-800-734-8368 to receive an RMA number for the merchandise you
are returning. Return merchandise that does not have an RMA number on the outside
of the package will be refused delivery.
Return shipping charges must be pre-paid by the customer.
The item(s) must be returned within 30 days from the shipping date.
The item(s) must be returned in re-sellable condition. All accessories must be returned in their

All custom shutters are built AFTER you place your order from material that we stock. Once
constructed, there is no way to disassemble the custom shutters for parts to sell to another
customer. For this reason, we cannot accept any returns or exchanges on custom shutters.
Please note that it is standard practice for makers of custom-made products in any industry
to deny returns or exchanges on their products.
