before you place an order, as your satisfaction is our #1 goal.
Ordering Errors
ShutterContractor.com is not responsible for customer measurements
or ordering errors. Please measure and order carefully.
If you need to change your order for custom shutters, we will make every
attempt possible to do so. However, we cannot guarantee we will be able
to make the changes requested as your order may have already gone into
production.
Production Times
We pride ourselves on being able to process orders faster than anyone else in the
exterior shutter industry. However, custom shutters are made after you place your
order and exact production times may vary depending on order volume. While we will
make every attempt to process and ship your order as quickly as possible, please
note that your order may take a few days to process before it can be shipped.
Making custom shutters is a manual process.
Orders are processed in the order they are received. If you wish to receive
your order faster, we recommend you consider our express processing service
(see the shipping section below).
Shipping
Free shipping applies only to orders shipped within the continental 48
United States. There is no minimum order to receive free shipping.
Exterior shutters and shutter hardware are often shipped from different
locations and may not arrive to their destination on the same day. If you
receive a partial shipment, please allow up to 3 business days for the
remainder of your order to arrive.
ShutterContractor.com cannot be held liable for shipping errors, lost
shipments, or delays in shipping. Merchandise that is damaged during
shipment will be repaired or replaced at ShutterContractor.com's sole
discretion.
Express shipping (next day or second day) is available for an additional
charge. Shipping charges for express shipping may vary. Please
contact us
for a shipping quote.
Express processing is also available for $15.00. Exact processing times depend
on order volume, but our express processing service guarantees you will receive
your stock or custom exterior shutters faster than anyone else can deliver in
the industry. Express processing is only available for customers that also
pay for express shipping.
Handling Charges
A $5.00 handling charge applies to all orders totaling less than $100.00 except
when the entire order consists of one or more product samples.
Orders totaling less than $225.00 that contain Mid-America exterior vinyl shutters
will be charged a $10.00 Mid-America factory service fee. Please note this fee
is being charged to you by Mid-America, not by ShutterContractor.com. For orders totaling
less than $100.00 that contain Mid-America vinyl window shutters, our standard $5.00 handling
charge will be waived. The $10.00 charge only applies to Mid-America brand vinyl shutters.
Prices
All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Product Warranties
All Mid-America exterior vinyl shutters sold by Shuttercontractor.com are covered
under a 40-year warranty against warping, fading, cracking, and other
product defects. See our
Mid-America warranty documentation for specific details about warranty
coverage. Please call Mid-America's warranty department at 1-800-521-8468 if you
have a claim.
All Alcoa vinyl window shutters sold by ShutterContractor.com are covered
under a limited lifetime warranty that covers against defects in materials and
workmanship. See our
Alcoa warranty documentation for complete details.
Website Accuracy
