The Suffolk style strap hinge by Lynn Cove is available in both 12" and 18" lengths, and comes with a 1/2" sleeve so it can be paired with a pintle with a 1/2" pin diameter. This hinge is made of hand forged carbon steel and finished with black powder coat for years of operable use.
This strap hinge can be used on either end or the center of the shutter if positioned over a mid rail. It comes with a 1" offset so it can be used with a recessed window.
