Top Caps for Wooden Shutters

Adding metal top caps to your wooden exterior shutters will greatly extend their life by preventing moisture from penetrating into the
most vulnerable part of the wood - the end grain. Ordering top caps with your wooden shutters is highly recommended.
Top caps fit over the top of your exterior wood shutters and can be secured with a small amount of exterior or all-purpose caulking compound.
The top caps are then painted to match your exterior wooden shutters, which will make them virtually invisible after installation.
