will be issued a refund. Simply
photos of your shutters along with a description of why you
would like your money back within 30 days from the purchase
date and it will be refunded.
Please note that although we do not require you to return the
Shutter ReNu Vinyl Shutter Restoration Kit to us, our standard
15% restocking charge applies when taking advantage of our
satisfaction guarantee. You will be issued a refund of 85% of
the purchase price to cover our shipping and handling costs when
the product was initially shipped to you.
